About me
Emily Leeper holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Texas. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of visual impairment, serving as both a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments and as an Orientation & Mobility Specialist. She has taught in a variety of educational settings, primarily as an itinerant teacher. Emily joined TSBVI Outreach Programs as an Educational Consultant in Visual Impairment in 2022.
