Donna Clemens has 26 years of experience in education. She received her certification as a teacher of students with visual impairments from Florida State University and earned her M.Ed. in dual sensory impairments at Texas Tech. She served as a TSVI in various locations and is an Outreach AT consultant at TSBVI. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate in special education from Texas Women's University.
